How to order a Park Map design for your Caravan Park or Holiday Park.
The best (and fastest) way to get in touch with us is to use the form below or send us an email. We get emails almost instantly, including evenings and weekends so a fast response is usually given. If you've taken a look at all the information on our site and would like to proceed with an order simply follow the steps below, and we'll do all the work.

Get In Touch
Email or phone us (email is best) and tell us how many pitches or units you have, roughly how big your park is and your postcode and park name if possible. (If you already have a park map email that over as well).

Research
We will look at aerial photography, planning maps and other data sources or maps/sketches you can supply us with to get a feel for how long it will take us to design your map.

Fixed Quotation
We will email you back with a fixed price for the design, as many proofs as is needed, amendments and delivery of numerous digital file formats once approved.

Place Order
If you would like to go ahead, simply email us back saying ‘please go ahead’. We don't take payment up-front, we just need the go ahead by email(not phone).

Design Begins
We'll get cracking designing your map as soon as we can. Usually within a day or so. It takes a little over a day to design each map.

Proofing & Amends
We will email a proof usually in 2-3 days. Print the map and scribble on it any changes you need to make. Scan or take a photo of the print and email it back to us. We amend the map and email a further proof. We continue the proofing process until you are completely happy.

Invoice & Payment
We send you an invoice and a payment link to pay the agreed price (step 3) by credit/debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

Delivery
When you approve the design, we will prepare various file formats including the original editable vector illustrator files so you have them as a backup.
